This Edge watch takes inspiration from the element of water in the Zen garden and symbolically connects with the transparency and endless reflections . Watch has no profound edges and top sapphire rounds off to become a watch case and in that process reflects the surroundings and creates an abstract visual language which depicts clarity, purity and endless reflections.
As Zen Garden represents a gateway to the garden of the mind ,water represents reflective state of mind. Zen Gardens can be used by anyone seeking a place of refuge and reflection. As the poet William Blake wrote of “seeing the world in a grain of sand,” these watches offer us the opportunity to inspect big aspects of our own lives by meditating upon the elements of our own personal Zen landscape.
