A house which can rotate according to the desires of its user for comfort conditions. Each flat owner can rotate his house according to his desire. So sunset can be enjoyed by rotating the terrace towards west and for sunrise rooms can be rotated towards east. As appearance of each flat changes rapidly. It will create a sense of interest in nearby environment and surroundings. A typical flat contains two zones one static and other dynamic. Static zone contains lifts and corridor. dynamic zone is house itself. 50 percent of the flat area is a landscape terrace.
CONCEPT:
Each flat owner can roate the house to their desire, implementation of such concept requires a lot of new technological development in Architecture. Efforts were to conceptualise all new issues with fresh thoughts, electricity supply, water supply and even plumbing details have been worked out to create a technologically feasible solutions. Following details represents glimpses of it.
